Over 15 years of experience designing and implemented financial reporting and internal control systems in large organizations both in the private sector, Uganda Revenue Authority where he was Head of Customs Audit and currently with Kampala City Capital Authority as Director Internal Audit.

Experience in Computer Assisted Auditing Techniques and automated financial reporting systems.

Expert in the developing Tax training Policy manuals, operational manuals, and business process re-engineering.

He has written operations manuals and trained a wide spectrum of staff in the changing of business processes.
