Over 20 years of experience designing and implemented transformation, modernization, financial reporting and internal control systems in large organizations both in the private sector and Uganda Revenue Authority where he was Head of Revenue Authority Modernization Division as an Assistant Commissioner.

He has just concluded his tour of four years as an International Monitory Fund (IMF) representative for Southern and Eastern Africa based in Mauritius.
