Over 23 years of experience as an Economist and qualified Tax Administrator.

He has worked with Ministry of Finance. He was Assistant Commissioner, Uganda Revenue Authority Domestic Tax Department -2005-2011, Head of the Office Infrastructure and Policy Work Group - Domestic Taxes Modernisation Program and a Member of the Domestic Taxes Modernisation Management Committee team.

Education

BA (Hons) Degree in Economics and Political Science.
Dip. Project Planning and Management.
Post Graduate Degree in Income Tax Administration.
